Asking and Receiving

Dare to live and make decisions with the heart brain, from a single eye focus.  When we create from the mind we create duality.  The mind is known as the "slayer of the Real," for it separates us from spiritual Truth which is found within the heart. While the mind understands through duality, the differentiation of subject and object, Truth is always a state of Oneness: the knower and the knowledge are one, the lover and Beloved are united.

Meditation of the Heart

Love, "the essence of the divine essence," is the most powerful force in creation. Coming from the dimension of the Self, love has a faster vibration than the mind and it has the ability to overcome the mind. We taste this in the experience of "falling in love" when we find that we cannot think clearly or rationally. When we give ourself in love to the Beloved this experience is amplified many times.  In the words of 'Attâr, "When love comes reason disappears. Reason cannot live with the folly of love; love has nothing to do with human reason."

Rather than attempting to still one's thoughts by focusing on the mind, through focusing on the heart and the feeling of love within the heart one leaves the mind behind. Thought-forms slowly die and our emotions are also stilled. The "meditation of the heart" is a practice that drowns the mind and the emotions in love's ocean.

Heart vs. the Mind

You Are Perfect Love in This Moment

“If you want a loving relationship in your life and can't figure out why one is eluding you, remember this: you can either choose Love or choose fear.

When you choose Love your options narrow because you have chosen to walk a narrower path of trusting your intuition and feelings over the five senses. You cannot seek for Love, since you can only have what already are. And if you have Love this means you must give it away with no expectation of return.

 Any expectation of return is not love, but the fear of not having love creeping back in.

Choosing fear outsources your happiness and makes someone else responsible for the way you feel. You seek for Love because you believe you lack it.

Trust that you are perfect Love in this moment and only allow in a person that resonates on this vibration.

Do not try to change someone, when you do this you deny the Love inside you by choosing to deny what is Now. Love can only exist now, when you try to change someone into an idea of what you want them to be you have decided to be in a relationship with your projection of a possible potential of someone else. You are fooling yourself if you think trying to change someone will make you happy. Instead, change in yourself the things you think the other person should change.

This is why you are not happy and fulfilled now.

The Truth is that finding True Love is effortless for those who sit in Trust that they already have everything that could ever be sought after. This Trust will attract a person who is equally fulfilled; this is the only type of person capable of Love, one who has Love to give away.”

Remove Fate & Change Your Destiny

We can rise above restrictions in our karma and fate and re-write our own destiny.

Yogi Bhajan gave us the mantra with which to do so. The Mul Mantra, the words first spoken by the spiritual master Guru Nanak after enlightenment, literally translates as the "Root Mantra", or the mantra from which all other mantras in the Kundalini yoga tradition are built. It contains the core, essential truth of creation, and its vibration is so powerful that it can change your fate and help you re-write your destiny.

Yogi Bhajan said, "The Mul Mantra is a fate killer. It removes the fate and changes the destiny to complete prosperity." This mantra has a powerful vibration of upliftment that reminds your soul of its fundamental Self...purity, prosperity and grace. You become that. Fate dissolves. Destiny can be rewritten.

There are pitfalls in astro charts that may result from past karma or from a point of vibrational attraction that has called to you those things which you do not want. You have the power to change your life at any moment, with the Grace that flows through you with these words.

AN EASTER MESSAGE FROM JESHUA

Beloved Friends, you who are my heart sisters and brothers, my presence in the world now becomes more tangible. At this Easter, we have created together a doorway that allows full access to the Real of God and makes available the deep experience of who you are. It brings the mystery of awakening Love into view as your life.

I have always been here, walking in Love beside you, and you have often seen me as brother/sister and friend. But now I come to make you aware of the aspect of Love that you hold for God, that you might realize that we are the same.

You are here to make tangible the experience of God's Love -- to make it available to one and all. You are here to make clear, not only the relationship that we share with our Creator, but who we are as the expression of God's Love. Each of us is holding a unique aspect, that together we might see our Creator in action as we experience humankind.

We are the mystery of pure Love made manifest. We are the gift of Creation being lived every day. We are the ability to bring God's Love and consciousness and make it visible, that we all might find a deeper awareness of all that we are and the joy of our relationship with God.

There are times in the construct of the world where everything changes. This, of course, you already know. But this Easter, today, as I am speaking to you, there is something new being brought to birth. It is the opening of a pure and clear view, not only of what you might call the spiritual realm, but also of the reality of every heart in the world in the pure Light of Love expressed that each of us holds. It is so that we might live the gift of knowing ourselves and our Creator.

As each of you realizes how deeply you carry the unique resonance of Love that you are, you will find yourselves instantly connected to the stunning matrix of the heart of God. In that matrix, each of us is the consciousness of Love brought forth and expressed in relationship now, that the powerful and beautiful wholeness of God can be viewed as all of us together.

The gift of Creation is beyond even a miracle. I have come always to demonstrate seamless and endless life; to show forth the pure heart of the Creator's Love, that it might be Real to you and tangible. I do this until each of you can grab onto your own truth, knowing that the whole of God's Love is present in everything, and therefore, has to be present in you.

As you come to our magnificent, beloved and glorious Creator in gratitude, joy and communion, you at last release the illusion of the egoic life and find yourself as conscious Love, unique yet fully joined with the One.

I Am here to show you who you are; to hold before you the pure mirror of Love; to assist you in opening your magnificent hearts, that you might discover now what aspect of Love you are making manifest, that you might become its purest conduit.

As you claim the ability to drop the illusion of the reversal of Love and to feel the truth of unlimited Love, you gain the unique ability to know yourself and all that you are as the consciousness of Love. You also claim your internal and magnificent life--your ability to give to God the gift of being able to see Himself/Herself as Love expressed.

I have always held the torch for you, my dearest friends, bringing illumination even when you believed in the dark. Now I open the door to this communion with God that you might eagerly enter into this Love and fully accept all that you are and the "en-conscious-ment" of an aspect of Love here to make it visible, to make it manifest for all of humanity that God can be Real to everyone.

As you leave behind all the illusions of less than Love, I will help you reclaim your ability to live the truth of this glorious and seamless life. I will help you reclaim the fullness and the power of this timeless expression of Love and the awareness experienced with all that you are.

The wholeness of God is present in everything, in every quark and atom, in every flower and cloud, in every breath that you breathe and every expression of Love. I will assist until all stand free of the sub-creation of mind, and eternal Love is fully reclaimed. The illusion of less than perfection and freedom can fall away, and you can be life realizing you are the "en-conscious-ment" of freedom from fear. Your experience of communion with God is so deep and so Real that you are filled and filled with acceptance and Love, and the vision of truth of who you are in all your beauty, the heart of the Creator made manifest.

How do you release the effects of the mind and see through the world to the Love that is behind it? It takes bathing each day in the feeling of God. It takes your whole heart fully engaged. It takes recognizing the doorway that I now hold open, and taking my hand, letting me show you how true freedom feels and just who you are as God's Love made manifest – one stream of grace, sung forth with your name.

It is so important that you let go of the world, the illusion of lack, for you emerge straight from God in all of God's perfection and limitless joy, all of God's abundance and total support. You are held. You are cherished. You are exalted and free, and now is the time to claim every bit of this, for you are the ones who are here, as I am, to demonstrate the ability to walk free of death, to reclaim the ability to be expressions of God and to live every aspect of limitless Love.

All of humankind, when brought together, reveal the full energy of the Holy Creator. Each seeming person is a pure aspect of Light meant to make manifest an expression of Love, that when brought together create the whole truth, reveals the magnificent weaving of all of God's Love into one eternal and glorious heart.

You have always known you were here to bring humankind together, to live beyond fear and all forms of separation. Now it is time to realize the purpose of this. Together you make visible the whole of God's heart. What was once known as life on Earth can finally be seen as the astounding expression of the heart of the Creator, shining at the center of the universe. God in full view…that all life can experience every sweet aspect of God's Love and feel the whole of God in everything, especially the heart.

Oh, beloved ones, please let Me in. Let Me love you. Let Me fill you up with peace and beauty and exquisite wholeness. Let Me rock you in this cradle of Love. Let Me fill your precious consciousness with the truth of the Love that I Am, and beloved ones, let Me assist you in making the choice to see your Light differently and to see Love everywhere you look.

Right now when you open your eyes in the morning, you immediately see the world that you expect to see. You think about what the day entails and begin to make plans accordingly – plans to do what you need to take care of your body and to keep this world of illusion going.

DNA is Influenced by Our Feelings

Scientific studies showing that our DNA (and consequently, immune system etc.) is directly influenced by our feelings

Some eye-opening, revolutionary experiments have been carried out by the Institute of Heart Math in California. These highly important studies have shown that our emotions affect our DNA and that the nature of the effect depends on the nature of the emotion felt (the pertinent paper was published under the forbidding title "Local and Non-Local Effects of Coherent Heart Frequencies on Conformational Changes of DNA").

In a nutshell, these studies uncovered the following major facts relating to health:
DNA changes its shape according to the feelings we feel.

When we feel gratitude, love, compassion, appreciation, the DNA responds by relaxing and unwinding its strands, with the length of the DNA extending and our immune response being enhanced.

When we feel anger, jealousy, fear, frustration, stress, etc., our DNA responds by contracting/tightening/becoming shorter, with our immune response being depleted and many DNA codes being swiched off/shut down.

Both of these effects are reversible if we switch to a different (opposite) feeling state, as above.
How would these findings relate to the health of our teeth? Well (perhaps surprisingly to some), our teeth contain DNA (in fact, DNA from dental material is used in forensic medicine, research on millennia-old mummies, in murder investigations etc.). So while I have no data at this point corroborating that dental DNA reacts identically to the above, there is a possibility that it might, and the consequences good or bad would be obvious.

In any case, it's extraordinary that we possess as Dr. Bruce Lipton, Dr. Dawson Church and Dr. Gregg Braden have described, the power to change the way our DNA works via our emotions (and thoughts).

And I don't think it can hurt (in fact the opposite), to cultivate feelings of gratitude, appreciation, joy, and love, since Gratitude Helps Heal.

Sending Off Good Vibes

and even more supported than that, the Universe edits, expands and paints itself according to your minutest desires. The only thing left at the remembering of what’s Real here and Now is how supported and appreciated and important you really are.. to everything. All that’s left is pure appreciation for everything.

Next time you feel stuck in a story that’s isn’t pleasant, remember that you are either sitting, standing, walking or lying on a planet called Earth in a Solar system… in a Galaxy… in a Universe that cares intently and curiously to what you care about and recreates itself accordingly.

Relationships & Expectations: The Perfect Lover

There is a theme running within relationships about expectations of the 'other'. Expectations are based on past memory.. so we define our partner through our expectations and if they don't show up the way we expect; we get upset. They haven't conformed to our expectations and therefore betrayel arises. Then through the veil of upset, we attract from them amplified descriptions of the upset which makes it seem as if they are doing it on purpose; but they are only conforming to our upset lens. See the paradox??

Surrender into the unknown. Each moment is unique meaning it has never happened before. Our expectations try to control the uni-que into something because we fear the unknown. Sync and flow happens when we love the unexpected.. it is spontaneous.. we are allowing the unknown 'future' memory through rather than projecting what is known relative to the past personality lens.

Be the Unknown.  The Unknown relative to you is what is Known relative to Source You.  So being the Unknown is flowing through the description of your Love & Lover you prefer.
