The Truth

How easy it is to get caught up in a story which we mistake for the Truth.

The Truth was sitting on a beach… on a planet we call Earth… in a Solar system with a beautiful warm Sun… in a Galaxy… in a Universe…

and even more supported than that, the Universe edits, expands and paints itself according to your minutest desires. The only thing left at the remembering of what’s Real here and Now is how supported and appreciated and important you really are.. to everything. All that’s left is pure appreciation for everything.

All that’s left is pure appreciation for You.

Next time you feel stuck in a story that’s isn’t pleasant, remember that you are either sitting, standing, walking or lying on a planet called Earth in a Solar system… in a Galaxy… in a Universe that cares intently and curiously to what you care about and recreates itself accordingly.
